  5. Closing date for entries is Friday 15th December. Any entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted by Crown Point Shopping Park for entries that are not received for any reason.
  7. If you win the competition, we will notify you via the social media or email account you used to enter the competition. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within 24 hours of being notified by Crown Point Shopping Park we reserve the right to offer the prize to another valid competition entrant.
  8. The prize is non-transferable.
  9. The prize must be collected in person from Crown Point Shopping shopping centre office or received via email.
  10. The decision of Crown Point Shopping Park regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  11. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or services.
  12. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
